Maisto e associati ha presentato al Centre for Tax Policy and Administration dell’OCSE le sue osservazioni al documento dell’OCSE “BEPS Action Plan 2: Neutralise the Effects of Hybrid Mismatch Arrangements (Recommendations for Domestic Laws)” nel contesto della consultazione pubblica avviata sull’argomento.
