Paola Marzetta

Paola Marzetta has been a member of the Association of Chartered Accountants since 1996. She joined the firm in 2002, following significant experience in tax practices belonging to international networks; since 2016, she has been a partner.

Her primary focus is assisting to both Italian and foreign clients before the Tax Court and in dealings with the tax authorities, whether during tax audits or pre-litigation proceedings (such as tax settlement, judiciary tax settlement, voluntary disclosure procedure) as well as in mutual and arbitration proceedings.

She has also developed extensive expertise in advising individuals on wealth and inheritance matters, as well as regularization procedures.

She serves as member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of industrial companies.

She is also a member of the Litigation Commission of the Association of Chartered Accountants of Milan.
